Welcome! I am a professor in the Department of Political Science at the State University of New York at Buffalo. I received my PhD in Political Science from the University of Rochester.
My research focuses on international institutions, international political economy and environmental politics. I am interested in countries' use of positive and negative economic incentives in their interactions to increase international cooperation and obtain more favorable bargaining outcomes.
My work has been published in journals such as American Journal of Political Science, British Journal of Political Science, International Organization, International Studies Quarterly, Journal of Politics, and Journal of Peace Research.
I currently serve as a senior editor of International Studies Quarterly.
